I am the type of person who enjoys variety. I love to travel, cook, blog, read, write poetry, swim, dance, and play the piano. In my spare time you will often find me driving to a new destination. My tri-state area includes (I had to make up my own): New York, California, and Las Vegas. But if I had a chance to live in Oahu (Hawaii) I wouldn't turn it down. At this point in my life, spending time with family and friends is a priority. I am an insomniac at heart, so most of the time I'm up all night working on some type of new project.

People who know how to read and write a good blog and comment.
People who aren't interested in hooking up, but learning more.

Music:
I have somewhat eclectic musical tastes. Music is very powerful and mind-altering for me. It can absolutely change my mood. At any given time, I could be listening to jazz, classical music, hip-hop (old school), or R & B. When I'm angry, I will throw on some rock. When I'm mellow its Sade or Luther. When I'm happy or introspective it may be Mariah, Mozart, or Chris Botti. And you may as well know from now, I can't live without my iPod.

Crash, The Notebook, Love Actually, Along Came Polly (don't ask), Under The Cherry Moon (yes I know its an old movie), Love & Basketball, Brown Sugar, Memoirs of a Geisha, Gattaca, anything with Terrence Howard, anything horror, and mysteries/psychological thrillers.
Television:
Lately, I haven't had time to watch much television. But when I do have time I'm probably watching Law & Order, CSI, Cold Case, the Crime Channel, Will & Grace, Girlfriends, or some ridiculous talk show.
Books:
Anything by Jonathon or Faye Kellerman; James Patterson; Patricia Cornwell; Walter Mosley; Anita Shreve; Shakespeare; Alice Hoffman; Stuart Woods; Harlan Coben; Stephen White; John Standford; John Grisham; Michael Circhton; Tess Gerristen; Michael Connelly; Janet Evanovich; Mark Twain; Alice Sebold; Amy Tan; Pearl Buck; and too many others to mention.Additionally, I am always on the look-out for thought provoking poetry.I spend hours and hours in the bookstore, because I have a strong and persistent book fetish.
