I'll tell you how I became the prince...

About Me

The Josh is a man of mystery and mystique. Like some sort of unfair riddle, he can never be figured out. His musical education dates back to age 7 when he began taking drum lessons. After being aged an additional 15 years, like some sort of musical wine, he is almost ready for consumption. Primarily a bassist and guitarist now, The Josh is currently working on two albums, both of which are poised to take the record industry by storm. Even though he's constantly being asked to release these puppies, The Josh is the kind of guy who keeps his cool under pressure. He is quoted as courageously speaking out, saying, "Not yet, they're just not ready." When he's not recording, hosting open mic nights, playing out with one of his bands, or selflessly fighting off mediocrity with his bare hands, he can be found teaching private lessons at a local music store. Close friends have noted that The Josh might have embarked on some foolish self-righteous quest. Not much is known about it, but he's been heard mumbling something about his "other." Sources say that even after being misled by decoys, The Josh remains hopeful. So now there is only one question left...yours!
Land of Atlantis's "Ready for Take Off", recorded at IV Labs in Chicago is scheduled for release Summer 2008. Josh Hanchar's self-titled and self-produced solo project is scheduled for release Fall 2008.
"Think big. Be efficient. Be kind. Constantly seek improvement. Be cautious. Never settle for mediocrity. Trust in yourself. Educate yourself. Educate others. Appreciate everything." - myself
