About Me

Humans Say Hello (My Full Blog Space)
"I've been trying to figure just what it is that I want to do with this life that I have. I found out pretty quickly that "work" wasn't it. Then I found music and writing. Two things I love equally and treat with equal respect. I'm persuing music as a career, and writing as a minor if you will. Some people are generally surprised to find out that I enjoy writing more than I do music. Writing is my opportunity to outlet my ideas, feelings and overall philosophy on life. Whereas music is my opportunity to take those ideas and put auditory visualization behind them. If that seems like an oxymoron, it probably is. (Technically) But all I'm saying is, I take what I write about, then try my best to adapt a music form that sounds how my words are trying to feel.
All in all, we have our own life to live and our dreams to realize. Dreams are great, because they give you direction. Ultimately though, life is the better. Extract reality from your dreams and you'll soon find you're living one."

I'm very lucky to be able to play with a number of talented people and I'm thankful for that everyday. Most of these guys have their own projects they work on very passionately... here's a few

Influences: -People I don't know who say, "hello" -Things that make you go, "Ooooo" -Situations that make you feel good about being human -"People Watching" -The cab driver I had a good smoke, and conversation with last night. (4/8/06) -Music, writing, and living. I think living is a pretty good influence.
Sounds Like: I'm growing more tired everyday of this worldwide connection. Broadbanded through my brain, I'm picking locks off my head just so I can get back in. Throwing the world over my shoulder just won't work, I don't have enough even for a short walk to the park. Some little, fleeting, sense of size, or reality. Whichever you prefer. How amazing is the real world sitting outside your windowframe? Waiting to be discovered, waiting to be uncovered. How can you get used to seeing the cycle of life as it rains to earth? There is nothing more amazing in this world than the simple fact that we're here at all. Why don't more people truly ask why? Is it not interesting enough anymore? How does my brain process these words onto that keyboard I'm typing franticly on. Trying to get all this crap out, before it's gone. Washed away like the sand from a beach that's just calling to me. It's raining right now. It still amazes me. Whether you're wondering to the sky, or being facinated by the most complex mess of motors, pulleys, computers, us... it's good to be amazed. It's good.

Reason?

Some people believe everything happens for specific purpose. I kind of agree. Except I believe that nothing happens for a reason at all, and that's the purpose we live everyday. Complete, 100% po...

I've got an open box, a ticking clock, a easily attainable place in my heart. But where's the face, the filling space, that can keep this open box unlocked? A winding road, a rip now sewn, but how lon...
