I'm a down-to-earth, energetic, happily married, filipina grandma who likes spending quality time with my family, hanging out with my grandkids, exercising at the gym, helping people, shopping, reading books, learning new things, making new friends, meeting old friends, networking, going to the beach in Southern California, going to the movies, listening to music, taking vacations, travelling, and gardening. After working numerous jobs such as being a Bank Teller for Bank Of America and Wells Fargo Bank, working as a Medical Assistant for a family physician, and being a Data Conversion Operator for The U.S. Postal Service, I began to ponder what it would be like to be my own boss. I figured out there was more to life than working like a robot punching a time clock.
I wanted to spend more time with my family. I wanted to travel. Most of all, I wanted the freedom that comes with building a successful business. In spite of working 50 to 60 hours a week, my paycheck was still not enough for even the basic necessities. My daily struggle motivated me to take advantage of Pre-Paid Legal when I was presented with the opportunity.
As a Pre-Paid Legal Associate I will use my position to serve businesses and individuals with the highest quality plans, reports, training, customer, and associate support. I will strive to build quality long-term relationships with my customers and associates. I will deal fairly and honestly with all people and companies I encounter. I will continually endeavor to increase the level of service to my customers and associates. I will continue to be a leader by example in sales, marketing, training, and business consulting.
I will help my customers and associates discover the best solutions to their needs by listening, providing information, and performing services to the highest standards of excellence. I will serve my community in ways that reflect my commitment to my customers, associates, family, and friends. I will also show my appreciation for the help and support they and the community have given me. I will be the best person I can be for myself so I can be my best when helping others.
