WELCOME TO THE NH EDGE !
You may have noticed some changes at The NHedge Myspace page... Well there are more to come too!!!
Hello.. I am Steve Beckwith, many of you may know me, if you don't??? Please!!! Introduce yourself, to me, at the Dover Soul any Wednesday night!! It is my honor, and pleasure, to be the newly appointed - NHedge Music Series - Production Manager! In the next few months many new changes will be taking place for the NHedge and for you the Independent artist as well!
The first of these changes has been this Myspace page! The networking tool, we use, to keep you our faithful musicians and listeners informed. I have vamped it with a new facelift, making it more pleasing to the eye and easier to view and navigate. More changes... "Current" featured performers will be starring in the Juke Box of the Month on this page! Our four select songs, will be updated to current performers or recently past performers from the NHedge Music Series. I would like to ask "all" scheduled performers to provide me with a download location, for one song of your choice. We will use this song in the juke box.
Contact me by e-mail Steve Beckwith-Production ManagerThe other major change has been the Top Friends area. This area will be used to display current NHedge Staff as well as current performers, recent past performers or upcoming performers at the Dover Soul. This area will be changing all the time. So please do not take removal personal, we are just making space for the new performers and staff as needed.
If I can be of any assistance at any time, please contact me and feel free to submit comments or suggestions!
Truly independent media... The NHEdge.com Music Series
So what is THIS all about? It's about you, mostly. It's about providing a forum for good local music. It's about turning you on to something new; It's about putting something in your ears that may inspire you, or possibly even offend you.
The NH Edge is a collaborative creative endeavor born out of the need to cast a light upon the honest and gritty Granite State culture that is often lost in the shadow of propriety and political correctness.
Art is not always pretty, but it should always move you. With this in mind, The NH Edge hopes to move you with music you may not have previously heard, or with entertaining commentary on history, culture, technology, politics, and advocacy.
"Listen Free Or Die," our not-so-clever bastardization of the beloved State Motto, underscore our stalwart position on free speech: always and unwavering.
So please subscribe to our podcast, send us your feedback, and let's turn this into something we all can be proud of.
