I remember when i saved my money and bought my first tape. It was 2Pacalypse now. I remember it like it was yesterday. Every since that day I've developed a genuine love for music, rap music in particular. People use to tell me it's not normal to listen to music 24/7, from sun up to sun down. I tell people I can't think right without music on, or my mind will wonder to who knows where. They laugh like I'm nuts. It keeps me focused. I've always wanted to do something in the industry. I use to try to be a rapper, I was actually pretty nice. I think I could still do it if I wanted to. But, I'm a talker, not a rapper. I've been nicknamed a "walking Ipod" because it's not too many songs that if someone sang a hook or a few lines from it , I can't finish it up. Thats real. Challenge me! So, after a brief stint with a very good friend at a company that sounded better verbally than on paper, we went our seperate ways and developed our own companies. That was the birth of "Diamonds & The Ruff Ent". I'm a business mogul and icon of my generation to say the least. My swagger is at its all time high right now, it's impossible to take me out my zone. All my artist are going straight to the top. Everybody knows that I have a real bad case of insomnia. So while everybody in the house sleep or outside playing, I'm up working. Check the slogan. You see it. I'm grinding. Real hustlers don't need no sleep!
