forSigmas inception dates back to 2004. The purpose of the band was to play a single show and call it quits. And thats exactly what happened. But lead singer Jeff Linstead and guitarist Jason Hempey had different ideas for this metal project. A few months later, they decided to demo their material and were blown away by the results. From that moment on, their mission was to find a drummer and bass player that could hold their own. Finally in 2006, after countless auditions, they found two brothers, Denis & Oleg. They were finally of the musical caliber required to take the band to the next level.
forSigma specializes in anger-driven , gut-wrenching, aggressive metal that is sure to leave an impression on even the most hardcore metal fan. The bands main objective is to distinguish themselves from the excessive amounts of generic, been done before metal bands by sticking to their style, and balancing simplistic listenable overall song structure with complex elements.
Since the 2004 demo, forSigma has written many heavier, catchier, faster songs complete with blast beats, jaw-dropping double bass speeds, intricate guitar riffs and vocal hooks that will instantly capture the listener. Now with a full line-up, forSigma is ready to take on the world...
