Since their debut release of "Whole Lotta' Easy" in 2005, KingBaby has toured, recorded and made their mark in the music world. With the release of their self produced second CD "Find My Way" which was mixed my Robert Tepper, they have shown staying power passing the test of time.KingBaby shows their influences once again from Deep Purple & Bad Company to Led Zeppelin & Aerosmith with a variety of songs that shows the bands growth. From songs like "Crazy One" with a hard rock edge to "No Skeletons Or Monkeys" and "Stompin'" which shows a more bluesy edge. The bands musicianship and energy combined with Lance Bulen's soulful and powerful vocals make for a great live show.
Lance:
Lance Bulen lead vocalist and guitarist for KINGBABY has an extensive music history. Born and raised in Louisiana and spending a majority of the time in New Orleans has much to do with his love for great music. His influences range from rock to country but his heart and soul lie deep in southern blues based music. In the nineties he recorded three full length albums; two with his previous band Baton Rouge on Atlantic and East West Records which broke Billboards top 200 and the third with his band Puzzle Gut on Interscope Records. He has worked with producers such as Mike Clink, Thom Panunzio, Jack Ponti, Robert Tepper among others. He has also had projects overseen by Ahmet Ertugun, Jimmy Iovine and producer/songwriter David Foster. Lance has written countless songs and has collaborated with many artists such as Alice Cooper. Lance co-wrote the song “Snakebite” with Alice as well as singing backup vocals on Alice’s “Hey Stooped” LP. He has additionally had various tracks on films, videos and CD compilations. Lance has toured with bands and artists such as Iggy Pop, Linda Perry, The Bloodhound Gang, Sevendust, Tonic and Reverend Horton Heat. He also has opened for Henry Rollins, Billy Idol, Beck, Joe Perry, Moby, Republica, The Nixons, Matchbox 20 and many others. He says that KingBaby and the debut CD “Whole Lotta’ Easy” is some of his best work to date.
Alex:
Alex started playing drums at a young age in Little Rock, Arkansas. He moved to Los Angeles in search of a promising musical career and has been playing professionally ever since. He has played with many local LA bands as well as national touring acts. He has shared the stage with the likes of Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple), Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), the JB’s (James Browns’ Band), Gregg Bissonette (David Lee Roth) and numerous others including members of The Ramones, Guns & Roses & Mötley Crüe. Alex continues to embrace the bluesy southern rock he was influenced by and is pursuing with KINGBABY.
Allan:
Inspired by such rock bands as Aerosmith and Cheap Trick. Allan cut his chops in the clubs of Mississippi and Louisiana. He moved to Los Angeles to attend the Musicians Institute where he studied with Tim Bogart and Billy Sheehan. After graduating, Allan was soon playing the major Clubs in and around LA. He has played with guitar great Michael Angelo. With various bands he has appeared on Entertainment Tonight and Playboys' Night Call’s. Allan has recorded with Universal Records and toured the US and Europe with the band Powder. Allan’s driving bass lines with Alex’s drums make Kingbaby's rhythm section second to none.

Sounds Like: A guitar driven rock band with a southern classic rock sound. Reminiscent of Bad Company & AC/DC mixed in a gumbo pot with the Black Crowes, Aerosmith & the Rolling Stones
