Formed sometime in the depths of 2005, and now with new line up as of September 2006, The Get Up seek to create original funky Hammond led tunes. Trying to keep it real and at all times a bit retro has always been one of the aims of the band... no lightweight Hammond clones or Leslie simulators here! Falling on your arse lugging a Leslie out the back of a van? All part of the fun...
