This is a musical side project for a rotating group of elementary school children that I work with. This is probably the best thing you'll ever hear. Just to clarify, I am not an elementary school teacher. I actually teach high school. This project comes out of a "typical" daycare program. Every month we do different clubs, and the Rapper's Delight Club is just one club that I do every year.I just uploaded our newest jam, "When We Were Kids"...but the kids got so into writing their own raps this year that we had an extremely EXTENDED jam..so we broke it into two tracks -- hence the "When We Were Kids (version 2)"....we'd like to thank Jens Lekman and Ahmad for writing sweet songs that we stole from...PLEASE CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THESE SONGS...AND LEAVE MESSAGES. THE KIDS GET UP AND DANCE WHEN I TELL THEM ABOUT HOW I JUST GOT A MESSAGE FROM SOMEONE IN ICELAND ABOUT THEIR MUSIC. ALSO, I WANT TO GET THEM TO RESPOND TO "FAN MAIL." SO SEND IT.
