"The Poor Excuses play wordy, rambunctious, groove-heavy indie punk with a freaky edge."
- Flavorpill
The Poor Excuses are creating the music people want to hear in 10 years. and 20 years after that. when people are ready to look back at the way life was in America... when we all slopped fear & goddamned Egg McMuffins for breakfast... when the coked-up puffs in black who ran our country told us that our crossword puzzle grandmother in the airplane seat next to us could be Al Qaeda's new weapon... when fast food made cancers in our intestines and we washed it down with another Hostess HoHo... Jesus Christ and Dr. Pepper and Anderson Cooper... THE MOVIE STARS ARE STONED OUT OF THEIR MINDS AND DRIVING THE WRONG WAY ON THE FREEWAY. The halls of higher education are sprayed with blood and everyone wants to know why, and also why does Britney Spears like showing off her beaver??? FENCE OUT THE MEXICANS because it's their fault: here's $3 to mow the lawn.
