You've discovered CLUB MGRIFF - a band of great London gigs in a variety of London venues.Venues we're mainly involved in...The Comedy Pub (Piccadilly) : Dublin Castle (Camden) : DRY BAR (Barbican) : Lark In The Park (Islington) : Metro (Oxford St) : Tommy Flynn's (Camden) : Water Rats Theatre (Kings Coss).Featuring happening bands on the live circuit - Indie/Rock/Alt/Pop, occasional Electronic, Funk and Acoustic acts to suit the line-up and the venue - at CLUB MGRIFF events. ************************************************************ ** We are also affiliated with CrucialMusic and other promoters, event organisers and venues, associations with the likes of RSW and Mean Fiddler and more - covering a broad spectrum of music genres and gig events throughout the capital. This means we may help bands with placements at other London venues and promoter nights such as Metro, Sound, Carling Academy etc, however we tend to favour good bands that can bring good following and spread out their gigs properly - ie: 2-week gap betwen other gigs to maximise fan-base bring. BANDS THAT PERFORM WELL AND BRING GOOD FANBASE-FOLLOWING WILL BE RECOMMENDED FOR MORE GIGS FROM OUR GREAT RANGE OF CONTACTS @ TOP LONDON VENUES - including weekend dates / prime slots on line-ups / support slots etc. ************************************************************ ** BANDS LOOKING to play GIGS with us, should send us MySpace message in the first instance - please state the age-range of the band AND where you are based (specific location[s] only). --------------------------------- BANDS ARE USUALLY REQUIRED TO BRING GOOD FANBASE-FOLLOWING (20 people or more) to any of our events. ************************************************************ ** ALSO : we tend to work with 18+ bands, and do not usually cater for metal/thrash genres. ************************************************************ ** CLUB MEMBERSHIP is restricted to MYSPACE FRIEND acceptance, and entitles FREE ENTRY (sometimes including guests) at selected CLUB MGRIFF LIVE MUSIC EVENTS AT VARIOUS VENUES by invitation only.
