The explosive hard hitting melodic rock band Prospect Hill has erupted onto the North East Region as well as turning heads on a national level. A band so young starting out in 2005, they made their mark by playing hundreds of shows and touring the east coast twice by 2007, one tour along side Powerman 5000. They have played among acts such as Hinder, Sevendust, Evans Blue, Drowning Pool, Shadows Fall, Non Point, RA, and Heaven and Hell. With their single "Breakdown," recorded by A List producer Anthony J Resta (Collective Soul, Sir Elton John, Blondie) which in turn began to perk up ears on a national level. Recognized as Iowa Rock Radio Station Z98’s "2006 Best New Band" and being nominated in 2007 for "Best National Act", "Best New Song" and "Best Hard Rock Song" has surely proven an accomplishment. Also Taco Bell has recognized them Nationally by picking them as one of their "Fourth Meal Bands." While in the studio recording their second full length album, they gained the attention of Tony Rombola (Godsmack guitarist), who came in and laid down a lead part on one of their songs. With the anticipation for the new album’s release brewing, constant touring, and a giant online fan base growing, 2008 seems to be the the year for Prospect Hill.
