Her fresh philosophy, perspective and innovation are driving her to the top of her industry. Her love for fitness and people lead her to train fifteen classes a week at various gyms in Westchester and Putnam Counties.The beautiful Queens born native knew what her future held. Her desire is apparent when you take her class. It looks fun, trendy, sexy, challenging and has forced her to lose well over 90 lbs."I know I was called to fitness, Van Buren says. If I can lose weight and change my life through HipHotic so can you."HipHotic all started in the basement of her home in Mahopac, New York. Trish first danced as a form of cardio-vascular exercise. Twenty minutes of light dance manifested into an hour or more of intense full body movement. In a months time she not only realized she lost twelve pounds, but also she built endurance to dance longer. Now teaches a whole work out program to neighbors, gym goers, juniors and teens, and ironically other fitness experts .Asked to describe HipHotic, Trish offers, "Dancing to Hip-Hop offers peace of the mind. Its an escape that rejuvenates the spirit and relieves tension almost instantly. Hip-Hop musics the biggest influence in my life. I believe it puts me in a zone. I had a vision that fusing fun, rigorous exercise with hard beats would move people. Im glad to have accomplished that."Trish fought reoccurring weight problems most her life. She was athletic in her adolescence; however, working out daily became laborious as an adult. After realizing a huge gap in the fitness world, she proscribed a system of work out that works. Instead of complaining about boredom, she manufactured a system that allows people to lose weight and have fun doing it.Dancing intensely benefits all of our fitness goals. Moreover, we dont feel like we are working out, even though we are drenched in sweat, Trish said. "I live and teach others to find an activity they enjoy and do it as often as possible to create an incredibly fun moment, and stay in shape. We only live once. We should look good, feel our best, and enjoy what life truly has to offer."Trish's success is a great model of determination. Van Buren did not expect to be a leader in fitness. Like most Americans, before realizing her calling, she went the more conventional route. Trish studied Paralegal Studies at Berkley College in New York and went on to manage the Foreign Distribution in the Intellectual Property Law Department at IBM located at the T.J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown, New York.People from all walks of life have similar goals: To lose weight and/or to stay fit and not dred getting up to work out. We search for alternatives to the conventional workouts. Today HipHotic is that alternative. Trish enjoys helping people advance in there perspective towards both fitness and weight loss.Her future goals are to expand the awareness of HipHotic to the world. Trish is diligently looking to initiate a free HipHotic opportunity in Jamaica Queens to provide an alternative for kids between the ages of 7-20. She is working on a highly anticipated workout DVD featuring the crazed HipHotic system. She is also extending her reach to corporate workshops and churches in the New York City and Westchester County areas.

My Interests

Working out, working others out, receiving results, traveling and listening to good music.In my personal time I like to shop, but due to the overwhelming demand of my work, shopping is now put on serious hold.
