CYGNUS X1 was born in August, 2005. Dalila, Hugo and Joao had Beyond the Litany in common, a gothic rock band. The constant line-up change and the fact of feeling no longer identified with the music they were doing at that moment, were the main reasons which made them choose a different way. Keeping together they decide to lead for the new technologies. So they invite Leonel to join the project, in September, for the programmings.
