A religion, philosophy, & spiritual/universal understanding
About Me
Its the oldest known major religion. It has no main founder. No main holy book. No main prophet. No main holy land. And it doesnt say its the only true way & everyone else is wrong....It believes in both god & in the evolution of mankind. It believes in both god & that all life starts from water....It was the first major religion to teach how the Universe is infinite with no start & no end. And it teaches how all life is sacred weather its man, animal, or any other life form....HOW IS ALL THIS POSSIBLE?....It is because Hinduism isnt really a religion. The word Hindu was made up by Muslim invaders who were tryna force everyone to convert to Islam. So you can be Hindu & Sikh, Hindu & Buddhist, or Hindu & Jain, because its not a one sided "religion". It is a philosophy, science, & spiritual understanding....Here are only SOME of its teachings....
*******************************************For every action their is a reaction or CAUSE & EFFECT which is called the law of KARMA. Since all forms of life build up negative Karma they become reborn which is called REINCARNATION. However you can stop the cycle of birth by reaching NIRVANA. Those who reach Nirvana have learned & understood all DHARMA (Truth).
*******************************************Theres no way I can explain even 10% of Hinduism on a myspace profile. This is not a simple one book, one founder, one true path, kind of religion that can easily be understood. And thats why theres lots of strange & stupid things made up about Hinduism. This is not a cow worshipping, caste system setting, millions of gods religion, that non Indians teach us. It is a complicated yet amazing set of teachings where you must put the effort to understand just a portion, but if that happens, you will gain an amazing understanding about god, life, & the universe
