“All I’ve ever wanted to do was entertain and make music for all the world to hear and enjoy. Music is my life.” This strong statement reflects the feelings of the emerging vocalist/songwriter, Tre Azure. To know her is to take a journey through a creative world. Tre was born and raised in the windy city of Chicago. She grew up in a home where music was life and life was music. Tre experienced the best of both worlds in her musical upbringing. She was a soloist for the Voices of St. Ambrose Gospel Choir at age 9. At the same time she became a member of the Chicago Children’s Choir being trained in Classical Music. This child hood exposed her to so many musical techniques of which she uses today.

Tre, the Vocalist is a sexy and sultry singer with a soulful sound and an energetic stage presence. Her voice has been described as “soothing” and “tremendously unique”. While her stage show has been depicted as “stirring” and “animated” Her musical inspiration and under-study is Patti Labelle. “Patti has made a huge impact on me with both her life and her artistry.”

Tre, the songwriter is an innovative, no-holds-barred trendsetter. She is not afraid of exploring any subject matter. She has collaborated with some of the top producers in Chicago on writing projects for song placements.

Tre Azure is a forthcoming and unstoppable force. Willpower is a dangerous weapon. A weapon Tre not only possesses but also a weapon that she has mastered. She has the willpower to make things happen and the determination to see things through.
Accomplishments

In 1999 Tre joined then TVT recording artist, 6430 as their new lead singer. 6430 had their name changed to VX3. With VX3, Tre secured her first production deal with Rap-a-Lot Records. Unfortunately the project was put on the shelf so-to-speak. However that only made her hunger increase and she worked harder. Recently she has made great strides toward finding another label home. Her newest record entitled “Whew”, written by Tre on a track by New York Producer Kwame, has been getting unbelievable response in Chicago, New York, and Virginia. “Whew” has played on Power 105 in New York with positive feedback. It has also been playing in NY clubs such as Club Mocha. As a result of this good publicity Tre was invited to perform in the Open Mic Live Tour.
-Most recently Tre’ made a guest appearance on Universal Recording Artist, Public Announcement’s latest album “When the Smoke clears” featuring on the song entitled “Caught Up”
