Virgin Helena is not your ordinary DJ. Either behind the turntables, or just attending the party, she is always the center of attention. She started performing as a professional DJ in 1993., being the first female DJ in Croatia, playing at all major clubs and events, and holding a three year residency at the number one club of Croatia - "Quorum Colours".
Her unique style - perfect mixing technique, working with harmonic structures - made Virgin Helena become one of the most demanded DJs in Europe and overseas, always ready for a surprise...(ask anyone, attending one of the many parties where Helena performed;).
Her versatile music taste, from deep&sexy, jazzy house over tech-house and break beat to razor sharp techno beats...Helena is using pieces of music to tell a story, generating and reflecting ever changing moods.
Besides playing at all mahor clubs and events, Helena can be regularly heard on the radio. 1997. she hosted her own radio show in Croatia, featuring the electronic music scene. Regular appearences on Austrian youth radio station FM4 or the newly launched PLAY.FM webradio and audio archive showcase Helenas talent.
Other projects like collaborations with VJs, or being activly involved with fashion shows (as well as a Dj as a model) are part of her daily routine.
Together with Valentino Kanzyani, Helena produced "The Porn HeadQuarters" on Primary redords in 1999. The release made it into the Dj charts of Deep Dish (nr.5!), Pete Tong, Judge Jules (radio 1, London), to name a few.
