Here's another weird area for me. I hate that music is labeled this style or that. I like what I like!Hometown girl Ani Difranco, Staind, Dylan, Doors, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath, ACDC, Motorhead, Busta Rhymes, Public Enemy, Old Morrisey, Alice in Chains, Nirvana,The Smiths, Moby, Covenent, The Cure, Depeche Mode, Sisters of Mercy, Sneaker Pimps, Garbage, Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlan, Dead Can Dance, Delerium, PJ Harvey, Billie Holiday, Muddy Waters, James Cotton, just about any old Blues, Joanne Shenandoah, Lawrence Laughing, Sharon Burch, Ulali, Robert Mirabal, Bill Miller, some Classical, some Country and on and on and on.
Ahhh, Powwow Highway, Skins, Smoke Signals, Thunderheart, Legend, Dark Crystal, Harold and Maude, Interview with the Vampire, Bram Stoker's Dracula, all the old classic Horror flics, cheesy "B" horror flicks, First Blood, Platoon, anything Tarantino, anything with Samuel L. Jackson, anything with Lawrence Fishburn. Now, on the"Guilty Pleasures" side: Goonies, Princess Bride, Biker Boys, Fast and Furious. Nice Dreams, Eraserhead, Blue Velvet, Eyes wide Shut, Wild Orchid.Oh, the ones I don't like to admit would be: Wedding Planner, When Harry met Sally, You've got mail. I am going to hang my head in shame now!
I love CSI and CSI Miami, The Discovery Channel, That sort of thing.
Right Now I am reading...and a hard rain fell, A GI's true story of the war in Vietnam by John Ketwig. I love to read and my list of favs would be very long. About the only fiction I read is Stephen King and the others are non fiction, bio, history and native stuff by native authors.
