THE DETAILS:
Philadelphia Advocates for Animals will be hosting a benefit AR Scavenger Hunt in Philadelphia. It will have an animal rights theme, but will be fun for everyone involved- ar activist or not! We're going to have a really fun time, but are also hoping to open more people's eyes to the cruelty animals endure every day. This will be a TEAM EVENT, so grab your favorite people and form a team now. Have fun- choose a team name and color (optional), and dress the part! Make team shirts, deck yourselves out in your team color, bonus points will be awarded for the "best-looking" team! Team photos before & after will be posted on this page, along with our favorite pictures from the days events.
When? July 29, 2006
Where? Rittenhouse Square Park, Philadelphia. (We'll provide you with directions)
Why? To benefit Philadelphia Advocates for Animals , a non-profit animal rights organization in Philadelphia. We'll use the proceeds to purchase anti-fur billboards for winter 2006-2007, fund crucial campaigns, fund spaying & neutering for strays, aid for jailed activists, and much more.
