About Me

I was born in Brooklyn, New York, spoon-fed Pop Culture through the television. I began writing my own songs when I was eight years old. I loved music (was saved by it). I'm grateful for every opportunity I've had to express myself musically. I've released 4 albums on major record labels. I lived and worked in London for a decade. I now live in Los Angeles. "Sometimes A Circle" was released on Dreamworks in 2002, a 12 song CD of original material. I'm a proud mother of two beautiful children, an event which changed music from being the technicolor in life to habitually paling in comparison. I thought Miles Davis was the meaning of life until one day I met a one-eyed hamster named Stella who told me to Be Here Now... She said, "Nothing is as far away as one minute ago..."
