REEL BAND MEMBERS ARE:JOSH WEEKS - GUITARIST formerly of Circle of Knots, an all original band, where he worked with singers/songwriters Rusty Tinder & Angel Travis. Josh & Rusty still maintain a working relationship and can be found doing shows in Los Angeles, from time to time. Josh seems to play everything cello, mandolin, violin, piano, bass, drums and the list just goes on. He is also the music director of my project and I would truly be lost without him, as well as, a fabulous guitarist!!
RALPH GARABITO III - DRUMS formerly of The Grape, an all orignial band, where he worked with singer/songwriter Tom, for years. (Tom's songwriting is so great he doesn't need a last name;) Ralph also drops in on The Grape from time to time to play. Ralph is the heartbeat of my music now and he has put his heart into getting my project off the ground..thanks Ralph!BRANDON HILLIARD - BASSIST formerly of Headless/Heartless, Nature of Man & Driven. He appeared at Fat Cat, The Palms, The Pound,The Mustang, and many more. For me Brandon seems to be this magical person that just came along at the right time. He just showed up from nowhere, like an angel, he fell out of the sky! Brandon reallly brings the band together and making it Reel.LITA HOPE -SINGER/SONGWRITER/GUITAR, formerly of Voyager, Moxie, The Gary Hamilton Blues Project, The Killer Blues Band, Richie Barron & Highway 2000. I have had the fortune of working with many great players, but I must say Josh, Brandon & Ralph are really it for me. They have taken my songs under their wings making them Reel. I have really enjoyed performing and a some of the places that were special to me were The Boom Boom Room in San Francisco, opening at the Ironstone Winery for Tommy Castro and 2 years of playing the Sonora Blues Festival, etc. I am truly excited about getting out and playing with this talented group of musicans, my new family;) See you out there!
