The music of Circuit Theory has been described as dark, inward looking, and rustic. With inspirations of love, hate, life, lies, anger and bliss combined with a very broad range of musical influences, a new sound is created with the idea of taking the listener somewhere a little out of the ordinary.

Formed at the cusp of 2005/06, Circuit Theory has already gained quite a bit of attention since stepping out into the public eye in August 2006 by playing some of the area's most popular hot spots. Among those venues were Rex's in West Chester, PA, and The Rusty Nail in Ardmore, PA. More recently, Circuit Theory has appeared on both the main stage and balcony stage of the legendary Trocadero Theater in Philadelphia.

Other accolades include their song "Mother, May I" garnered a 100% positive review streak on mixposure.com and held the top spot in their Hard Rock genre for 2 weeks immediately after release on their website back in September of 2006. The song “Cynical Optimist” also proved to be successful on mixposure.com, staying in the top 20 hard rock songs for a solid month.

Now the band has just released their long-awaited debut EP "Amnesia" and are hoping to go out and spread their music as much and as far as possible. If you're interested in helping Circuit Theory achieve that in any way, please contact us via Myspace or through www.circuittheorymusic.com .
