Your structure is worthless if your foundation is weak or corrupt.**************************************************** *** ************************ So DIG!!!! ********************************* I have worked in and have loved this business of entertainment since my first talent show (no we did not win), in 1964 when I was in the 5th grade. I come from a small town in Ohio. Springfield, Ohio. Understand this, my local competition (from Columbus to Dayton, actually Cleveland to Cincinnati), was vicious!!! I battled Roger the Human Body (Roger Troutman of ZAPP), Ohio Lakeside Express (LAKESIDE), FAZEO, SLAVE, HEATWAVE, SUN, DEVO, WILD CHERRY, on and on. The O'Jays and OHIO PLAYERS were my heroes, and then came George Clintion and One Nation Under A Groove, whose example taught me Rythm is BUSINESS. From that region came the likes of; Blair Underwood, Dave Chappelle, John Legend, Rob Lowe, Terrance Howard - you get what I mean. I left out many many more who happen to be major stars and decision makers in this industry and others. I said all of that to say, I know talent when I see it! I know that talent needs a plan to succeed. Many of the above are broke or working like they just started because there was no plan, no course to guide or navigate.
