Kaci Bolls

About Me

Kaci Bolls was born and raised in the small college town of Murray, Kentucky. Her father was a Church of Christ songleader and had her singing alto at nursing homes, funerals, (and other fun small town events) from an early age. Learning to sing A Cappella she fell in love with the sound of a voice. The first one she learned to imitate was Karen Carpenter off her moms old albums, branching out later to Olivia Newton-John and Amy Grant, then falling in love with the realness of Loretta Lynn and Dolly Parton.
She performed and toured with a cappella groups in college, and graduated with a BA in Music from Harding University in Searcy, AR. Her parents held the same degree from the same school where they met and married. Kaci escaped Harding without a Mrs. Degree and went on to perform at Opryland, U.S.A. "I guess my talent was so overwhelming they just had to close the whole park down!" She also gained experience in studio singing when the internationally acclaimed Christian group Acappella asked her to sing on a special ladies project. She went on to record many projects with The Acappella Company out of Paris, TN.
Not knowing what Nashville had in store for her, she moved away, gained some experience in the living of life, while doing time in Mississippi and Kentucky, holding odd jobs like working the census of 2000, being a nanny and bridal consultant, working many restaurant and front desk jobs, all while succeeding and failing in love. This colorful stuff is what fuels and fills her songwriting and singing.
Kaci has become an in demand demo singer in Nashville, singing the demos for songs that have been cut by artists such as LeAnn Rimes, Carrie Underwood, Julie Roberts, Sara Evans, and more. She cant wait to cut some of the songs shes sung on her own album to be announced!!
