What is LaCasa? LaCasa is a licenced recording and production studio that specializes in music production, vocal production, songwriting, audio engineering, artist development and photography.
Where is LaCasa Located? LaCasa Recording and Production Studio is located in St. Louis MO. Our photographers work both in the studio and on various sets.
Who is/has LaCasa worked/working with? LaCasa's Producer Redgee was a finalist (top 3) out of 8,000 producers in Vh1's 2007 Hip Hop Honors Award. He has made the front page of St. Louis American Newspaper and the St. Louis Post Dispatch (both for production work). He has worked with industry professionals such as Arista Records Sam Salter (Tyrese, Babyface, Fantasia), Trackstarz (Brittany Spears, Madonna, Chingy), Omen (Mya, Fabolous, Jae Millz), Potzee (Warner Brothers Records) Apolo (MTV True Life)... I also have/had songs playing nationwide on clear channel stations. Im currently working on a soundtrack ft. Alicia Keys, John Legend, Vanessa Williams ect, a theme song for the televised Utimate Fighting Championships, Sara Stokes new project and a few independent artists. He will work with all independent artists and sell instrumentals at very reasonable prices for the up and coming artist! Our songwriters are writing for basement beats (nelly, bubba sparks, mario ect), Omen (Mya, Fabulous, Fat Joe) and Jon-Jon Traxx (Beyonce - Deja Vu). Both producer and songwriters work closely together to develop new unsigned marketable artists with drive and raw talent.
What equipment/programs LaCasa use for production and recording? LaCasa records on the latest version of protools, which is loaded with waves mercury bundle, vocalign, ssl bundle, auto-tune, sonnox oxford bundle, nomad blue tube bundle, nomad studio essentials bundle, (to name a few) and over $50,000 in other various plugins! All artists record in a sound proof custom built foam booth with an engineers window and a condenser mic and ran threw the ssl board. LaCasa's producer has all instrumentals tracked out on Protools and uses the FantomX, MPC2000XL, MotifES8,and live instruments when creating his tracks. Each instrumental is mixed and ran threw the SSL Board for quality.
