About Me

MyGen Profile Generator
This “Queen” has earned several crowns in the last couple of years. As Royal Crown’s “Detroit’s Crowned Comedienne” in 2005, winning the “Funniest Female” in the Battle of the Sexes contest and more recently voted MIX 92.3’s “Detroit's Queen of Comedy,” this cake decorator turned comedy entertainer, is baking up something sweet on stage with her quick wit and boldness. Crystal P. steps on stage and immediately commands the attention of the audience whether comedy or stage play. Her goal is to put you on your side and get you to really thinking about everyday life. Like a surgeon from a makeover reality show, Crystal P. is giving a face-lift to comedy. No stranger to Detroit’s Fox Theatre, Crystal P. has opened for comedian Steve Harvey; the P. Diddy’s Bad Boys of Comedy. And more recently opened for the Neo-Soul artist, Anthony David.Crystal P. also was featured in the hit gospel play, "Unequally Yoked!" In this play, she played one of the zaniest church nurses. Always a "stand-out" with her red glasses, red scarf and pocketbook, Crystal P. brings new meaning to "What Would Jesus Do?" She'll also be featured in the upcoming gospel play, "In My Father's House" where she is taking crazy to a whole different level. You never know what may be in store when Crystal P. steps on stage. A word of caution though. . . pregnant women, people with chronic back pain or heart trouble need to make sure their health insurance is paid because Crystal P. won’t be responsible for the stitches they’ll be in!..

My father and anyone who fought for the opportunities and things that I have today. I admire so many individuals in various fields. In entertainment, it's Jamie Foxx and Queen Latifah because they're not one-dimensional....it could be comedy, acting, singing, rapping or just being versatile. I admire Oprah for being the great female that she is. She's intelligent, giving and just "bold" on the business tip, which has gotten her where she is today.
