Mr.Chase was born in Hunington, New York. At the age of 7, Mr.Chase knew he would be involved with entertainment--especially radio. He used to pretend to be on the radio, while recording music on his uncles' 8 track deck. Mr.Chase got his first radio job, the year of 1988 in Salisbury, MD. "My goals, when I first got my first radio job , was to be a household name, and to make people laugh, and feel good about themselves".KJ Holiday gave Mr.Chase his big break in Salisbury, Maryland, on the local A.M. station 1470 WJDY. He started out in the morning doing a variety of voices, and skits. He then moved on to the Norfolk, Virginia market for morning drive. Mr. Chase and his morning show partners in Norfolk, Virginia, ended up being number 1 morning drive for at least 11years. Mr. Chase has also done a variety of formats in radio, such as Top 40, Soft Adult Contemporary, Urban Contemporary, and Urban Adult Contemporary.Mr. Chase has been with FM 98 WJLB since August 15, 2005. He is best known for his knowledge of zodiacs on the airwaves, which you hear every morning on WJLB-- "What's your Sign". " I really enjoy breaking down the zodiac signs in Detroit". Mr. Chase truly believes that , if you are not having fun in radio---- you need to leave it ..."I always tell people: Radio; its too fun to be a job".
