About Me

All I know is I feel better when I sing. I think I'm dumb. My lungs are so numb from holding back. I've got an electric guitar, I play my stupid songs, I write these stupid words, and I love every one. I am but one small instrument. I got no belief, but I believe I'm a walking contradiction. I think I'm different but I'm the same and I'm wrong. I was always caged and now I'm free. I think the chain broke away and I felt it the day that I had my own time. I'm another day late, and one year older. The sky is bleeding above me and I'm blistered. I've lost my charge, I've been degaussed. I crash my car everyday the same way. I like the peace in the backseat. I don't have to drive, I don't have to speak. I can watch the countryside, I can fall asleep. I'm never in my waking life, dreaming is my "all the time". I like dirt. I am made of shamrocks, I am made of stern stuff. What do you want? I want to change. I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul. I'm so sick of being tired, and oh so tired of being sick. I am often interrupted or completely ignored but most of all I'm bored. If I hadn't made me, I'd be more inclined to bow, the powers that be would have swallowed me up, but that's more than I can allow. I never start static, I just get it off my chest. I've got no time in my life to get uptight, yall. I want so badly to believe that there is truth, that love is real. Lovin' is what I got. I drink wine just to feel more romantic. I have a tendency to wear my mind on my sleeve, I have a history of loosin' my shirt. I saved myself, for someone, somewhere's sweet caress. Something goes wrong, and all I sought was hapiness. I want to know your plans and how involved in them I am. I want a girl who gets up early, I want a girl who stays up late. I want a girl who laughs for no one else. I want to hold your hand. Hopelessly I'll love you endlessly. Hopelessly, I'll give you everything, but I won't give you up. I won't let you down and I won't leave you falling if the moment ever comes. I'll pay for you... anytime. If I can't have her, then why should I spend any more time in a world that's gonna end pretty soon? Don't be concerned, you know I'll be fine on my own. Today is the greatest day I have ever really known. I've never been so alone, and I've never been so alive. And I, robot will never die.
I feel neck-deep in advertising, adverse and tantalizing.

My Interests

massage therapy, being vegetarian, trying to be vegan, playing guitar, singing, writing songs, playing them, going to concerts and shows, supporting local bands, messing around on the piano, playing drums when I can, ping pong, chess every once and again, listening to music, apple computers, crunch harmonics, listening to new music and discovering new bands, playing lps on my record player, movies, and renting them from the library, comedy, going to plays, laughing so hard that I cry, making giant collages on my wall, biking on trails, swimming in lakes, hiking, being at the top of a mountain and looking down on the world below - doesnt get much better than that, camping, backpacking, snowshoeing, winter hiking, rock climbing (not that I ever go, but climbing gyms are awesome), downhill skiing (I havent gone in over 2 years, but I would love to go again if I ever have money), cross country skiing through the woods, waterskiing - except I don't have a boat or skis or money or friends with a boat... but if I could I'd go all the time, playing hackey sack, playing soccer every once in a while (the only sport I was ever remotely good at), writing in my journal, writing poems and lyrics, reading excellent books, learning new things, having a couch that folds into a bed, not smoking, smelling lilacs at night, hearing crickets and spring frogs chirping, the air in the fall, watching the stars on a cool clear night, red yellow and orange leaves, the complete media experience, doing what I can with what I have, being alive and healthy
