Fruit from Hell! Hilarious escape from the lab!
The Killer Bananazz, a mutated group of fruit plants, are heavily inspired by instrumental music. These creatures are capable of turning their concerts into a wild stomping, screaming, scene.
How did it come so far? In 1999 scientists made secret plans to make the world a better place by developing and exploiting mutated fruit. This was done by following the initiative of authorities within the Banana In Project-Surf (BIPS). When all the experiments were done these kinetic fruit-alikes needed something else to expel their youthful energies. So they escaped.
They, logically, discovered the 60s instrumentals. Immediately they experimented with the apparatus, twisting thoughts and motions from the surf music. After all that's what they knew.
Objective
The main objective of this band is to make the Banana (Musa sp.) a more stable and profitable crop for real music lovers through liveshow improvement. Activities Since their hilarious escape from the lab the band has been recording 2 albums and 2 demos. This was reviewed mainly by scientific support from famous surf-DJs and connoisseurs like Marcel Haerkens from OOR (NL) and Phil Dirt (VS) where banana in vitro culture methods were tested and adapted to the mutation approach.
The band has been actively engaged in surf music programmes and concerts in many venues. Their music can be described as high-energy surf, penetrating like a power drill. They rock as if there aint no tomorrow! Not only music is part of their performance; additional acts with burning guitars and scary suits are part of the dazzling show.
The Killer Bananazz, only famous to a small crowd, but notorious for their thrilling performance and wild infectious surf. Wanna go bananazz??
