..SLK Entertainment, founded in 2003, is an artist management company which oversees the careers of music artists, producers and engineers. Formed by Shauna Krikorian, SLK puts together a team for their artists. This includes coordinating tours, putting together street teams, finding sponsorships and endorsements, securing press, providing online marketing and promotions, and working with record labels, booking agents, attorneys, producers, and music supervisors to bring its roster of talent to its fullest potential. The company provides services in publicity, marketing, promotions, music supervision, album coordination, union contracting, tour direction, and overall consulting on a project-by-project basis as well.
In 2006 SLK expanded and formed a new division within the company, SLK Records. This indie label already has 5 releases on the roster, and distribution within Tower Records, Amoeba and all major online retailers.
