About Me

My friends call me Pax - which means "Peace". I guess that's my life motto. I am retired due to a back injury. Single - never married. And, completely devoted to my three dogs: Binky (St Bernard), Buddha (English Mastiff) and Buster (terrier mix).My careers have been in psychology and computer programming. But, since the 9-5 just isn't possible anymore I have been dedicated to the healing arts as a Reiki Master and reflexologist. I have also personally become quite fond of aqua chi and infra-red chi and offer both to my clients as well.You may have guessed by the top billing of the dogs - that I really love animals. I enjoy getting outdoors. And, "the zoo" has to be one of my all time favorite places to get to. :) Living in Colorado, I have been blessed with many nice state parks and the mountains to get in touch with nature.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I guess I take a bit after Diogenes. I am looking to find an honest (hu)man. As far as particular names I guess I am not overly impressed with fame. So, a list of names here would be futile if not impossible.

Music:

I listen to a wide variety of music. But, don't ask me who what or where. It's mostly a background thing while I am doing other things. Listen mostly to oldies and Lite Rock.

Television:

Not too much into television. One can only surf through so many channels of garbage looking for something new or interesting.

Books:

I have a tendency towards non-fiction. Use books primarily for learning. But, I enjoy some biographies. And, I am a big fan of coloring books.

Heroes:

Everyday people who show compassion to others. It's not the size of the act that counts ~ it really is the little things.
