has played music and performed all his life. starting in 1972,on the 4th of july, a 4 piece band "Raw Sewage" performed and spilit twenty five dollars! that was all it took.
Quit school and hit the road with the Ray Taylor band never looked back. Since then Ive bounced all over. Now I play in two bands playin Hard rock & country. Good rock like Black Sabath and AC/DC and Good country like Hank III, Beat Farmers,Waylon, Johnny Cash not that other pop country shit.As an Audio tech I mix over 125 shows a year and have worked with Wayne "the Train" Hancock, Jimmy Dale Gillmore,Dave Alvin,John Doe, Diana Krall,Paula Cole,Vonda Shepard,Jerry Jeff Walker, Ray Riley Hubbard,Junior Brown, ect...I play Drums and sing in a rock band and as a hired gun. I play Guitar and sing all night in my Ya’ll turnative Crunchy Western band JR and the Farm and play 100 live performances a year. Been told many times I sing a mean ( God rest his soul ) Bon Scott (AC/DC). I have the de-stinked pleasure of playing with the best gee-tar player in the west Jesse "JR" Ruggles. He was my best man and even thou the wife is gone I still have my best friend (take note all you would be grooms ) my other gee-tar player is Vik Rude. He is also my best friend and we have been playing together and apart for 35 years. That makes us....... REALLY OLD!!! I would like to thank each and everyone of the artists I have either performed with or have mixed sound or have booked,you are all great and I wish you all the sucess that you desire! my entertainment career has taken my everywhere. Ive been to Scio,Stayton,Independence,Gaston, Zigzag,Burns.... just about everywhere!
