I am born and brought up in northern Sweden ( above the arctic circle, I know what COLD is!!) and I lived in London for a couple of years before I moved to LA. I've been to theater school and make up school. Love horseback riding,movies,hiking,traveling,reading,writing....I've been thinking about starting to rock/wall climb for some time now but it's not going that well - and I'm also afraid of heights. As a kid I did figure skating for quite some time and when I hung up the figure skates for good, I played ice hockey for a while. I still like to go ice skating but nowadays I just manage to stay on my feet.... Animals are a big part of my life and I truly hate what people have done for years and years to them. It is quite amazing( in a bad way ) how we are supposed to grow more intelligent and therefore more compassionate as the years go by and as we get more educated - and yet we read every day about animal cruelty which has increased quite a bit in the past years. I really wish and hope for stricter punishment for animal abuse, a slap on the wrist is not enough. People need to know that cruelty is to be taken seriously and a life is a life;it doesn't matter if it is a person or an animal.Needless to say, if you can be cruel to someone who can't defend themselves, then what are you able to do? There are too much abuse in this world and we need to reverse the damage we have done. Buy animal- and earth friendly products, buy organic and speak up for what you believe in. Stop vivisection! No more circuses with animals! No bullfighting ( Fighting? The bull is always the loser!) etc etc....Don't look the other way. Direct Action is the Best Action! I value my friends and loved ones, I am lucky enough to have a whole bunch of good people in my life.I try to look at the bright side of life even when times are tough. Of course, I don't manage to do that all the time. But it does help to surround yourself with good people,animals and Swedish potato chips.....
