We could do one of your old songs. These are the words everything started with. When Puck asked in winter 2000 if they may record one of his old songs, Steve didn´t know that this was the birth of the Boozehounds. Puck brought a drummer and together they recorded their first song "Victim Of My Savage Heart" which was released on a 7" as a supplement of the r´n´r-magazine Dynamite. A bit later they recorded six own songs as a demo and sent it to several record labels.
It was the german label Crazy Love Records that finally decided to make a full length album with this completely unknown band. The debut album "Evil deluxe" was released in autumn 2002 and was an encouraging success. Many live gigs followed; they played with almost all great names of the scene as well as with new, upcoming bands and sure made a statement with that!
In august 2004 they released their 2nd album "Tales Of Blood". Once again their friend Michael Schreckenberg, a novellist, added a few lyrics, and the band made twelve new songs which soon found their fans.
In 2005 the Boozehounds released the 4track vinyl EP "Here We Go" on german Punk&Psychobilly label Red Five Records and in 2006 Red Five Records released their album "Bottle up and go".The Boozehounds are:
Steve - vocals & guitar
