A Faulty Foundation was formed in the summer of 2005. Yoshi(vocal), Genta(bass) and Masa(drums) go to a university of pharmacy and started playing together. Takuzo(guitar,vocal) -Genta's friend at their highschool- joined this band. The band started playing gigs the spring of 2006.
