About Me

My name is Alex, but most of u know me as Frenchie from Vic; I been djjing on this Island for just over 5 years now. I starting my spinning odyssey in Vancouver BC about 9 years ago. I, Merlin fx, had the pleasure of being part of Ground Level Productions and being an active co- promoter for 4 and a half years. I got the chance to open for the likes of DJ SS, Perfect Combination, DJ Slip, Marcus Visionary, Tommy Illfingas, and Zacharia, just to name a few, and had the privilage to play at some important Island parties: Island Style 2-3, Soundwave, Renagade Sound, Super Sonic Transportation. I mostly play UK dnb, but I'll settle for anything with a rollin' beat and a phat bassline. I am not afilliated with anyone anymore -was with G.L.P. U can here me on internet radio,when i get the chance, and occassionnally play the club gig. After a 2 years absence (working on producing & rebuilding my recording/prod. studio) I got the itch to play more then EVER. I'm interested to meet new ppls, contact....Hey maybe travel too!

u can here me live everyfriday night from 12am to 2am pst or 8am to 10am on gmt so that's 3am to 5pm est !for u hardcore eastcoast dnb headz drop in and check out tha trackz .......
