ME: ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------im dj wickaman, been making drum n bass 4 about 6 years, before that other stuff (playing in bands [nice one ocs!]), and ive been on the turntables about 10 years. im constantly trying to improve my sound, im not looking for "a style" or nuthing, just want to make my tunes as fat as possable each in their own unique way (i wish). love sound, bass, groove and wot it does, realy want to move forward and maybe one day impress myself with my work, but still hav'nt made that tune yet, so we live in hope (with a lot of sweat and pain along the way) ill never stop making drum n bass, its in the blood like a drug!!!!!!!------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------- INFRA RED:-------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------started by putting out a couple of cheeky bootlegs before getting signed up to infrared records. been putting out loads of stuff on infra since then including tracks such as "capoeira" (also with tim-b), "keep it coming", swallow ya soul", "now its over", "raging bull", "spy catcher", "loose controle" all with j-majik and a shitload more! and as a solo artist on infrared "good vibes", mr happy, "gremlins"and "hustler" and "dirt bike". not to mention other colaborations with me j and futureboud (our bren) such as "pitbull" and "mr hunger"!!!! another dark destroyer apering on the horizon is sylo, we put out a tune called thai sticks, it is discracefull, but not half as discracefull as wot the remix will sound like! while talking infra i have to mention mr danny wheeler (yes rude bwoy!!!) a dj representing infrared (ghost with sub focus) and who helped out infront and behind the scenes when we needed him most, and the same to mark turner of emcee recordings, big up!--------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------BLACKWIDOW:---------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ --------------been a solid member of the infrared krew for a while and now run the lable 50/50 with j-majik alongside blackwidow, our twin lable! wich takes me onto blackwidow! whilst infrared is jamies little lovechild, blackwidow is mine. we've put out tunes on this 4 about a year and a half, starting with "u disgust me" vocals done by our very own inhouse mascot brute woody, i apologise to all the dj's out there who have had the displeasure of meating this monster of an animal-fused-human altered beast (more weirdness coming from him "i do like my stompers, but there's nothing wrong with roll out") j and i have put out plenty on blackwidow since then, along with some other music mates such as futurebound again (watch the fuck out for pig-bed): "psycho ragga" and "rio rio", also with the one and only dj (and good friend: big up natasha) hoodlum with tracks such as "ring of fire" "death by stereo", hoodlum and i have also done tracks together 4 infrared: "pitch shift" and "h2o" with the herb man hustler top-cat (big up!!!!!!) been working with hoodlum for hype and pascal on their liqueed ganja (always a pleasure to do anything 4 these guys) with "sub-tub" and "hold on to my horns) someting on a more chilled tip!rv is another mate i do tunage with, ive been mates with this northener for too long now, but weve had a couple of blackwidow releases such as "the reptilian" (with hoodlum too), "laughing gass" and we now got a release together on infrared called "dirty caller" (rv goin on all sick on phones an that!!!!!!) be ready to get all calved up by this up and coming maniack, big up yourself you c**t!!!!!also watch out 4 sylo and wicka stuff (including a naughty bootleg, "did someone just say left field", "no shut the fuck up, your giving the game away" , "oh ok") and some seriously grimey, heavy but importantly SLOW groove drum n bass, soul tearing stuff!!!!--------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------------------------- DUBPLATE KILLER: ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ other colaborations with me, dj hype, daddy earl and j have produced tunes such as "dubplate killer" and its double drop brother remix, along with look to the future (taken on to be remixed by tc) check out the album, full of top producers and a big variety of stufff!!bonus bargains dvd comes with it wot my brother done, nice one tommer!!!!!!!!!big shouts to him, olli-olaire' of snow fame, luke and MATCHBOX STUDIO'S (anyone need a film crew 4 anything at all (documenarys, music vids, podcasts) get in touch!!!!!-------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------------- THE ALBUM: ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ ive been working in the studio with j and hype recently, we've got some serious shit on the way, a couple 4 my and jamies album coming out at the end of the year! speaking of which, im doing an album with jamie ( j, j-majik iknow i keep calling him dfferent stuff). were working with: mcmc, terra deva, kathy brown, dj hype and daddy earl, topcat, mc mc (you will be shocked) and belive it or not peshay!!!!!!!!
