MTV Raps, Dream On, any thing involving Louis Theroux, The Word, The Fall and Rise of Reggie Perrin, Alan Partridge, Bullseye, The Big Breakfast, Transworld Sport, Are You Being Served, Catchphrase (in the Roy Walker epoch) and Football Italia (mainly because of the theme tune, and that little, suave, bald guy)...
Books:
There seems to be more time for ital-disco than Italo Calvino at the moment.
Heroes:
My hero is Roberto Baggio. He inspired me to briefly convert to Buddhism during the World Cup of '94.
Raquel Welch and Gisele Bundchen also deserve a mention, although it is debatable whether or not sexual arousal can be justifiably deemed as heroic..
