I LOVE my Abisnail, She is my world, my best friend, and the greatest kid ever!:) After her comes painting and music most of all. I believe that the Lord never gives us more than we can handle. I like writing in the wee hours of the morning. I collect Kokopelli things and decorate my house with them. I read a LOT of books. I like to play birdcalls on my guitar while sitting in the sunshine. I "try" to surround myself with positive thoughts everyday and come to the reality that some people will come and go from your life several times before they really understand who you are and why you keep crossing paths. I LOVE my soul sisters! B.A.O. & G.J.V. I am blessed to have them in my life! True friends are hard to find, but I have found a few and I think I will keep them forever and a day! I don't like energy suckers, people who pretend to be your friend, my kindness being taken advantage of and those who play the "feel sorry for me" games.Some Abi pics! My Interests

Painting is my thing these days, canvas and highly beaten drum heads. I am a music freak, go to concerts as many as I can go to without going broke or running out of energy. Abigail Snail is my best concert buddy!

I'd like to meet:

Real people, those who love music, honest people, those who are down to earth but yet know how to fly. To meet people for the second time who I have met before because they had a lasting impression in my mind.I don't need to meet any more jackasses, I have met too many already!

Music:

Movies:

Funny movies are the best! I don't care for gushy romantic movies. True story movies are usually cool to watch. Movies Abi and me can watch together, which I really don't like but I watch with her. Those are the Hillary Duff and Lindsay Lohan movies.

Television:

I like the History channel and Biographies, any music documentaries. XM radio on the satellite TV has been on a lot here lately.

Books:

Way too many favorites to list, I read all the time! I don't like science fiction books or romance novels, besides that I read just about anything, a lot of music bios I have read. If I have to pick one favorite I have read so far it would be Aretha Franklin's From These Roots. I LOVE the book project I am helping to write! It is so funny sometimes it makes me laugh so much I cry, and other times I just cry...

Heroes:

I have many heroes, my favorite is Alan Lomax. If it were not for him, music would not be where it is today. Kim Payne, Dusty Sommers,The Legendary Red Dog and the one I have yet to meet. Mike Dawson is almost my hero...;)
