About Me

Professional rock drummer for over 30 years. Freelance session player, with over 20 platinum album credits and 30 gold credits. Sound engineer/producer. Composer... you name it, I'll have a go at it!

My Interests

Music, of course. Motor Racing, horses, skiing, movies, cats.....

I'd like to meet:

Paul McCartney (again), Josh Blue (what a guy: making lemonade from lemons). Bill Clinton (to tell him he needed to keep his dick in his pants a carry on running the country like a well oiled machine!). GW Bush, to tell him to stop trying to run the country and hand over to someone who CAN!Joni Mitchell: except THIS time she will not totally ignore me, and we will actually have a conversation of some substance!

Music:

ALL kinds,of course..... duh! By the way, I believe RAP is not music, but is a legitimate form of poetry, and as such a totally valid form of expression.

Movies:

too many to mention: Loved Nick Cage in Lord of War... chilling! BBC Mini-series "The State Within"
"Next" (starring Nick Cage and Julianne Moore). From a Philip K. Dick short story
The Constant Gardener was pretty amazing, too.
The Quiet American - came & went in the USA without much comment. wonder why?
Loose Change: A must for any thinking American.
"No End In Sight".... chilling and lucid:

Television:

any live auto racing... I pretty much Tivo what I want to see, then watch it when I feel like it. Documentaries on The Holy Grail, Merovingian Dynasty, the Cathars, the Priory of Sion and the Knights Templar

Books:

currently- Conversations with God, the Woman with the Alabaster Jar.
Terry Pratchett's "Thud" (Basically anything by Pratchett is good),
The Science of the Dogon - a MUST READ for anyone with serious doubts about how advanced our current civilisation REALLY is, compared to what came before!
Anything by Philip K. Dick: what a genius!

Heroes:

John Bonham, Keith Moon, Mark Craney, Ian Paice, Josh Blue, Al Gore
