Although I'm a writer, I'm not used to write about myself, I prefer to put light on others....anyway....here I'll go...... I love all things that have to do with art, poetry and music.
I write stories, biographies, screenplays, novels, essays, poems. But it's not easy to make a living out of it, so I work as a Reiki & music therapist as well. I also do poetry workshops.
One of the things I enjoy most is music, I listen to it most of the day and also through the night (big head phones on), my favourites are J.S. Bach, Grieg, also Jazz & Blues, Indie Rock. When I was younger I sang and played flute in a jazz band called The Jazz Ambassadors, mainly in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and we did some gigs in London. But the highlight of my musical career was playing flute on a recording of the late Rebop Kwaaku Baah when I was a little girl.
Sculpting is another love of mine. I work with wood, clay and stone ...and
that leads to my next hobby - interior design.
Currently I live in Austria with my partner - writer and composer- and my kids in an old Farmhouse and since then I'm busy decorating
- redecorating, doing all the design work by myself - making mosaics,
painting walls and borders, carving beams, designing lamp shades etc.
The whole family is very musical/artistic, so my house is always full of music and joy.
Another passion of mine is to travel and discover other countries. My favourite is New Zealand, where my first hubby was born, I try to stay with his family as often as possible, and I love to stay in London where still all the action is. There's no place on earth which comes close to it when you are into music!
Apart from all these things I love to read. I'm interested in almost
everything, but I never read love stories or science fiction.
My garden, which has the size of a small park is the place where I can
relax. Beautiful trees, shrubs, bushes, flowers........
