"SHINING" T-SHIRT
These songs helped the band gain attention from PITCH BLACK [Revelation Records, Lookout! Records - Oakland, CA], veterans of the SF Bay Area punk and hardcore scene (counting members of THE NERVE AGENTS , BIG RIG and SCREW 32); after one year of practicing and musical growth, the band records two songs for a Split 7" record with the above mentioned band, supposed to be released in Spring-Summer 2003 on a French label; however, due to different issues, the Split would never see the light.
In Spring-Summer 2004, the band entered the studio again, this time to record their debut full-length.
"The Glory of Nothing" finally comes out in March 2005 on The Cursed Company and Goodwill Records , counting 12 blistering tunes of dark-influenced hardcore (mixed by STRENGTH APPROACH 's Mirko Ravaglia) and an amazing cover artwork provided by PITCH BLACK 's Kevin Cross . Critically acclaimed and sold out by notable distributors all over the world, the record is still, almost regularly, on rotation on American underground and colleges' radio stations.
After more than 4 years spent playing shows on national territory (opening for acts such as HIMSA, CRIME IN STEREO, BONES BRIGADE, A-18, RAZOR CRUSADE, and many others, and playing several shows with their long-time friends STRENGTH APPROACH ), the band breaks Italian borders and leaves in August 2005 for "The Glory of Nothing" - European Tour (which brought the band to hit Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and UK), with partners in crime such as NAPKIDNAPPERS and KILL THE LIGHTS (for the UK leg of the Tour).
In the very last days of November 2005, pre-production takes off, this time with Curzio ( NAPKIDNAPPERS ) on the mixing board; plans were to record promotional versions of 5 new songs destined to see the light on the follow-up to their debut full-length record, "The Glory of Nothing".
TSOR broke up in November 2006.
