About Me

Currently, Achoo of Hong Kong...Motorist who loves taking streetcars everywhere...Honourary Member of the Peanut Gallery...I take voting very seriously and have zero respect for those who don't exercise their democratic right [Yes, I know, it sounds nasty, but I can't help it]...Miniscule amounts of daftness.

My Interests

Gilbert&Sullivan, Cameron House..Crooked Star..'shoe, flaneuring, streetcar spotting, antiquarian bookshops, Kandinsky look-alikes, erratic spelling, being perfectly pressed, the American Pavillion on Ile-Ste-Helene, history lessons at the Cote-des-Neiges cemetery...

I'd like to meet:

Firecrackers...Movers and Shakers; strong Coffee Makers...Sylvia Beach characters...Clive Owen in Gosford Park...Chris Hitchens (I messed up my first meeting with him - need to save face)...King Kapisi and Ron Sexsmith, together, at the Cameron...

Certain actors in Little Children blew me away. A little bit weak in plot sometimes; however, the actor who played Ronnie was amazing. That's why it's getting my vote as current movie favourite.
