One of the songs on "Elegant Fury" was written against domestic violence (see the video below). After hearing the story of Tamara and the violence she endured, this song was written. From the very start, this kind lady asked that the song be dedicated to ALL victims of domestic violence; therefore, ten percent of all money made from every CD sold will be donated to the "Nicole Brown Foundation" to help in the fight against domestic violence.

NOTICE: Unfortunately, attorneys who evidently represent Joe Walsh's interests (I love him and I've learned over the past few years that the attorneys really represent their own interests) in LA forced YouTube to delete my live video of "Rocky Mountain Way", despite playing every note myself, despite having given him credit for the song, despite making absolutely no money from it, and despite making certain the song is in the public domain after 25 years (it was copyrighted before the law changed in 1978). If you care, you can look up the law firm- King, Holmes, Paterno, and Berliner, LLP. And, you know what's so weird about this whole thing? I can book a gig, play "Rocky Mtn Way", and get paid for it, and they wouldn't do a thing! Bands do everywhere.
I received permission from MySpace to post the video, the "Satch Boogie" video, and any other cover tune as long as the songwriter is given credit. To tell you the truth, By the way, this firm also went after Michael Jackson! AND, THEY NOTICED ME! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! THIS IS GREAT! I can't believe that I've grown to the place in my musical career that a law firm this HUGE has paid me one bit of attention! For the life of me, I can't figure out why...recall Lawrence Olivier said not to be afraid of bad reviews...be afraid of NO reviews! I'm really pleased and I've gotten hold of Joe Walsh through this and have asked his personal permission to re-post the video. He's a great and kind man and I KNOW he had nothing to do with this!
I apologize to all of those of you who have enjoyed seeing the video and I thank you for all your wonderful comments. I apologize that I was compelled to remove them. Thanks to Dan Byars productions who did an excellent job on them.
I'll tell you what...come out and see me play "Rocky Mountain Way" live at Jammin Joe's (I'm liking Tuesday nights, now) or anywhere else, and there's not a damned thing an attorney can do about it. I make no money jammin! It would be a pleasure and loads of fun.
