Produced by Richie Podolor (Three Dog Night, Steppenwolf, Michelle Branch) and engineered by Bill Cooper (Ella Fitzgerald, John Mayall , Three Dog Night). Also contributing to the record is the Grammy award winner Rami Jaffee of The Wallflowers (piano, Hammond B3, & accordion). Rami's resume also includes hits by the Foo Fighters, Johnny Cash, and Melissa Etheridge to name a few.

Recorded and mixed at American Recording Co. in Calabasas, CA on the same analog Neve recording console (originally owned by Randy Bachman), Hammond B3 (the very one from Born To Be Wild), and piano used on so many hits over the past 50 years.

These are The Riders...

The Band:

Great bands are rarely just put together, they are earned. The Riders are no exception to this rule. Based on the dream that Rock ' n ' Roll music can still mean something; these musicians have come together and created a sound and feeling that has been absent for far too long.

The Songs:

Songwriting is not an issue for these guys; from stories of triumph, to the pain of heartache, and the road traveled while en route to both. They have been through it, and share it with you to make it seem as if you were right there when it all went down.

The Musicians:

Infused in this tight unit are true song craft and the ability to go beyond the expectations that are held for most musicians of today. The Riders are schooled musicians and the guys who have played dives.

Live:

With their exceptional songs and musicianship The Riders are lighting up stages across the nation and reminding audiences how meaningful and fun RocknRoll can still be!

The Music Continues...

Recorded in 24 hours at Signature Sound Studios (U2, Blink 182, Jewel) in San Diego, Tom Cusimano & The Riders have taken their years of experience playing off of one another and recorded eight new tracks that showcase each of their individual talents as musicians and their incredible sense as an ensemble. From Lavalle Houser's thundering funk-fueled bass lines locked into Jimmy Olson's Keith Moon influenced rhythms on drums mixed with Neil MacPherson's Jimmy Smith style of virtuosity on B3, Wurlitzer, and piano, all fueling the fire of Tom Cusimano's Bob Dylan/Bruce Springsteen inspired lyrics and Mark Knopfler meets Dave Matthews style of guitar this group found the muse and held on tight. While capturing every emotion and piece of raw energy these songs represent these four musicians managed to keep the mood light so you can't stop your foot from tapping along to the beat and your lips from smiling at every hook.
