My dream is to live life to the fullest! Forget the 40/40/20 plan (work for 40 hours/week for 40 years, to retire for 20 years)- I'm trying to work my own hours & enjoy life on my own terms. I love to travel the world...so far I've been to Spain, Italy, Ireland, England, France, The Netherlands, Cuba, Brazil, Tanzania, and all over the Caribbean ~ this summer I head to South Africa (June 2007) & Ghana (August 2007).I live by the Mahatma Gandhi quote "Be the Change you Wish to See in the World". To that end, I just launched Global Elevation, a non-profit focusing on cross-cultural exchange, leadership development, entrepreneurship training for high school and college students throughout the African Diaspora. Our first program will be Summer 2008! I will also be opening up my first live music venue focusing on underground jazz/funk/soul/hip-hop artists in the next 5 years.
