The DoorA young man grew old as he walked to the door. As he walked to the door his feet started to get sore. He grew quite confident as he walked towards the door. His eyes became sore as he continued for the door. The closer he got, the more he became sore. His thoughts of recession, hatred, and the war. He starts to turn around, too much pain, he's too sore. Suddenly he hears a knock at the door. The knock sounded like something he had heard before. His eyes slowly opened wide, as he almost fell to the floor. The door didn't seem so far anymore. His eyes and feet weren't sore anymore. He didn't think of the problems of hate and war anymore. He smiled and wept as he ran for the door. He was in tears as he began to answer the door. He has aged in his quest to get to the door. He couldn't turn the knob, his hands became sore. He cried as his body and spirit passed onto the floor. He should have never turned away from the door. His opportunity was there, but he isn't anymore.
