Check it out: Ahora! Ramon “Mone†Rodriguez was born and raised in Puerto Rico (Rio Piedras) and Manhattan’s lower east side. He has a B.S in Sports Management from New York University. Played basketball his junior and senior year of highschool in Michigan and had the opportunity of playing in college at Wheeling Jesuit University for 2 years. He enjoys all types of music, especially Hip-Hop, R&B, Latin Jazz, Funk, Soul and of course Salsa. Ramon can play a couple of tunes on the piano and can also hit some beats on the congas. Enticing him to go to the movies and dining at new restaurants is no problem. PB&J or arroz con habilchuelas are his favorite foods. He can often be found spending time perfecting his skills with “Betsyâ€, his beloved basketball. Loves to dance and has been traveling and performing with Abakua Latin Dance Company since 2001. Started acting at a young age doing commercials and jumped back in front of the camera in 2001 doing Nike bball commercials. Since then he's been featured on TV shows and Films.
