Carl Perkins.....read the book "Go Cat Go"....that man lead an incredible life....also Gene Vincent.......DJ's like Alan Freed who played this music, and believed in it, And also those crazy Jamaican DJs, who back in the day would travel to NYC, pick up a bunch of RnB records and throw huge parties in the streets of Jamaica--Debra sez Rockin'Daddy-O is my hero, my Superman who saved me!!!!! Other heroes include Clara Bow, Louise Brooks, Chaplin, Lucy, all innovative men and women back in the day who had the BALLS to be themselves! Oh, yeah, and my Grandma Frannee who's 91 and drinks a Manhattan everyday--Go, Grandma!
